Sometimes I need a break from the monogram machine, and this past weekend I had a wonderful break!
My family was on Tybee Time, and we loved it!!
My three children ran in the Critz road race, and the rest of us (happily) cheered them on from the sidelines. It was a cold day in Tybee, so I was happy to be under my vest and ear warmers. :)
That afternoon the girls journeyed over to Savannah to explore and shop for a few hours. Being downtown Savannah is always so much fun! We, of course, stopped by Number Four Eleven. I love to see other monogram work as well as other monogrammable items - It keeps me fresh and creative! Then we made several other stops, but we finally ended at The Paris Market which is one of my youngest daughter's favorite places.
After many calls and text messages from the men, we decided to head back home. We wrapped up the day with a great dinner at the Tybee Island Social Club.
While I do love a weekend away, I am always ready to make the journey back home. I cannot believe Valentine's Day is upon us, and that I am already preparing for graduation. I have received some really fun new products in the mail, and I have a feeling that turkish towels will be a great graduation gift this year.
